NEXT GENERAL MEETING
will be held at the Los Altos Post 558 American Legion Hall, 347 First St, Los Altos Click here for a map (it's across from Draegers Grocery Store, about a block off Foothill Expressway). We're in the back meeting room.
5:45 PM - this month, the optional pre-meeting dinner will be at Aldo Los Altos. It is at 388 Main Street, Los Altos, phone 650-949-2300. From the American Legion walk to the right to the next big intersection, and cross the street. Turn right on the opposite sidewalk, and the restaurant is a short distance ahead. (Note that this is different from what the newsletter says - that restaurant has closed.)
Park in the public parking lot, or on-street parking. Don't park in Draeger's lot or other private lots. Use the public parking lot off First Street and Second Street, behind the Main Street businesses, or on-street parking.
7:15 - General Meeting Program (note: program is subject to change)
09 July 08 - Hank Skawinski (owner/manager Datawise) will give his update on what to buy, and what to avoid. He'll discuss hardware and software. This is always an interesting and informative presentation - be sure to attend if you are planning any upgrades. Hank always helps with the cross-talk sessions, so bring your questions.
